Getting it to you

Pickup in Mackay

Free, and you can try it on before you decide. We will send you a time and a place once you have ordered.

Anywhere else in Australia

A flat $9.95, anywhere in the country. No threshold to chase and no surcharge for being a long way from a capital city.

Jackets are packed here in Mackay and usually go out within a couple of working days. Australia Post then takes two to three days to most places and up to a week to remote areas.

Hats and anything marked as posted by our supplier take 5 to 10 business days to reach you. It says so on the product page.

We will email you a tracking number when it leaves. If it has not turned up within ten working days, tell us and we will chase it.
